The site, situated just across the expressway from the Superdome in Downtown New Orleans, serves the neighborhood, residents, and businesses from the Garden District, Central City, and the Warehouse District.

Plans include a five-story, 98,000 square foot, class A building with 751 units that include both climate-controlled and drive-up. The site is situated just south of Sam Ridley Parkway and located in the main Smyrna retail corridor. The facility opened in the 4th quarter of 2021.

The site is located across from South Park Mall along Military Drive and Zarzamora Street in a densely populated, underserved sub-market of San Antonio. The facility opened in July 2023.

MLK Jr. Boulevard, this four-story, 100,000 square foot climate-controlled facility fills a void within the rapidly expanding East Austin neighborhood. Situated just two miles from the University of Texas at Austin and three miles from Downtown, this facility opened in late 2020 and sold in August of 2021.

This modern, 88,000 square foot self storage facility is located in Tarpon Springs, an affluent coastal suburb of Tampa Bay. This marks the company’s third facility in the Tampa Bay MSA. The three-story state-of-the-art facility serves an unmet need for the residential communities of Innisbrook, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs. Located along Highway 19 in Tarpon Springs, this multistory, climate-controlled facility opened in April 2020 and sold in late 2020.

Situated at the corner of University Boulevard and N.A.W. Grimes Boulevard, this 78,000 square foot facility opened for business in May of 2017.  The facility is located in Round Rock, a high growth suburb of Austin, Texas. NitNeil Partners acquired this property in June of 2019 and sold it in August of 2021.

Opened in April of 2018 and sold in August of 2021, this facility serves residents and businesses located near the Village of Providence as well as Cummings Research Park, the second largest research park in the United States.

The building opened in May of 2018 and sold in August of 2021. The facility was sold in August of 2021.
