Construction is scheduled to start early 2024 with an anticipated completion in early 2025.

Located along Highway 19 in Tarpon Springs, this multistory, climate-controlled facility opened in April 2020 and sold in late 2020

Grimes Boulevard, this 78,000 square foot facility opened for business in May of 2017.  The facility is located in Round Rock, a high growth suburb of Austin, Texas. NitNeil Partners acquired this property in June of 2019 and sold it in August of 2021.
