Located at 410 W.  South Street, this four story, 120,000 gross square foot project includes approximately 70,000 net rentable square feet in climate controlled storage, 3,000 square feet of ancillary ground level retail, and a covered loading and parking area.  This facility provides an amenity to the residents living in the Historic Boylan Heights neighborhood to the west, the 10,000+ residents living in Downtown to the north and east, as well as the plethora of surrounding businesses.  It opened for business in June of 2018.
